Prices

All prices on the webshop are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include 25% VAT. I reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and take no responsibility for pricing errors or out-of-stock items. 

 

Payment

Sara Engvild Studio accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, GooglePay and soon PayPal. Payment will only be charged once your order is ready for shipment. 

 

Delivery

I am currently awaiting a delivery agreement.

For now, you can pick up your order at Hvidegårdsparken 47, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, by appointment. 

 

Return Policy

You have 14 days to return items purchased in our webshop. 
The return period begins the day your entire order is delivered. To make a return, notify me at sara.engvild@gmail.com within 14 days. After notifying me, you must return the items within 14 days. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

How to Return Items:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original or similar packaging.
  2. Include your receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
  3. Arrange and pay for return shipping with your preferred courier.

Please note that I do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD). 

 

Condition of Items Upon Return

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item’s nature, characteristics, or functionality. If the item shows signs of use or damage you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the condition of the returned item. 

 

Refunds

If you return your order, I will refund the amount paid (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your notification and the returned item. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. 

 

Right to Complain

If there is an issue with your item, please contact me at sara.engvild@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. 

 

Privacy Policy

To process your order, I collect the following information: Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, and Details of your purchase. Your personal information is only used to fulfill your order and handle any inquiries.
